Mixing a vial

20 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 10 mg per mL

Bacteriostatic water. 10 units = 1 mg of blend = 500 mcg of each part.

Clean hands, alcohol on both rubber tops. Drip the water down the inside wall of the vial. Roll it gently until clear; do not shake. Date the vial and keep it in the fridge (2–8 °C), out of the light. Work out your syringe units →

Taken with

  • Wolverine vs GLOW GLOW adds a large amount of GHK-Cu for skin and collagen.
  • Wolverine vs KLOW KLOW adds GHK-Cu and KPV on top of the same two peptides.
  • Wolverine vs separate vials Separate vials let you set each amount, with more handling.

02Safety

  • No safety data for the blend in people.
  • User reports: redness or soreness at the injection site.
  • User reports: tiredness, headache or lightheadedness.
  • Allergic reaction, infection or contaminated product.
  • Long-term effects of vessel-growth signals are unknown.
  • Avoid with active cancer or unexplained lumps.
  • Avoid in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Tested athletes: both parts are banned (WADA S0 and S2).
  • Injections can bruise; take care with blood thinners.

Rules and status

  • US FDA: not approved. We found no BPC-157 or thymosin beta-4 product in Drugs@FDA.
  • WADA: BPC-157 is banned under S0 and TB-500 under S2 on the 2026 list.
  • No trial of the blend exists. Vial contents come from sellers.

03How it works

Wolverine is the community name for BPC-157 and TB-500 sold together. A common vial holds 10 mg of each, 20 mg in all. Every 1 mg of powder holds 500 mcg of each.

The two do different things in theory. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid fragment of a stomach protein, tied to blood-vessel signals. TB-500 is a short piece of thymosin beta-4 that grips actin, which cells use to move.

The pitch is that tendons heal slowly because little blood reaches them. One peptide aims to bring blood vessels, the other to bring repair cells. It is a tidy story.

The only head-to-head test is a 2026 tendon study (PMID 42542926). TB-500 gave the clearest benefit, BPC-157 a smaller one, and the combination added nothing extra. It was exploratory and was not done in people.

No human trial of the blend exists. BPC-157 has three small human reports covering 30 people, and TB-500 has none. The popular pairing rests on two thin parts.

  1. 01BPC-157

    Raises VEGFR2, the vessel-growth switch.

  2. 02More blood flow

New vessels bring cells and nutrients.

  3. 03TB-500

Frees actin so repair cells can move.

  4. 04Faster repair

Aimed at stronger, quicker tendon healing.

BPC-157 part
Raises VEGFR2, the vessel-growth receptor, and helps tendon cells grow and move.
TB-500 part
Binds actin so cells can crawl toward an injury, and promoted cell migration in lab tests.
Shared pathways?
The 2026 authors suggested the two may converge on shared pathways, which could explain why the pair added nothing. They said this needs confirmation.
Fixed ratio
The vial is equal parts. That keeps maths simple, but it was never tested as the best ratio.

05Our take

Wolverine is the most popular recovery pairing, and the logic sounds right: one peptide for vessels, one for cell movement.

What is known is thin. The one direct test found TB-500 did the work and the pair added nothing. BPC-157 has three tiny human reports; TB-500 has none.

What is missing is a human tendon trial of either peptide. There is also no sign that two beat one. Buyers may be paying for a part they do not need.

06What users say

Reports from users. Not tested.

  • One draw One injection instead of two vials.
  • Injection sting Redness or soreness at the site.
  • Recovery Some report less pain during rehab and training.
  • No change Some notice nothing over a full cycle.
  • Easy math Equal parts keep dosing simple.
  • Locked ratio Can't raise one part without the other.

07FAQ

What is in Wolverine?

A common 20 mg vial: 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500.

Is the pair better than one?

Not shown. In a 2026 tendon study, together worked no better than either alone.

Which part matters more?

In that study TB-500 gave the clearest benefit and BPC-157 a smaller one. It was one exploratory study, not people.

How is it different from GLOW?

GLOW adds 50 mg GHK-Cu. Wolverine is only BPC-157 and TB-500.

How much is 10 units?

With 2 mL water, 10 units is 1 mg: 500 mcg of each.

Has it been tested in people?

Not as a blend. BPC-157 has three small human reports, and TB-500 has none. See the Evidence section.
